REGISTRATION FEE:
- New applicants (K-3,VPK Wrap around) $75 per student(no limit)
- New applicants (Kindergarten -12th grade) $125 per student(no limit)
- VPK Program ONLY- no registration fee.
- If new applicant is not accepted by CCA, $75 of registration fee will be reimbursed. All other registration fees are non-refundable.
OTHER INFORMATION:
CCA will bill on a monthly basis items such as lunch, sports fees, fine art lab fees, science lab fees, after school care, academic study hall, field trips, etc. Invoices will be mailed on the first business day of the month, and are due on the 10th with 5 day grace period before late fees are applied. Any questions regarding individual accounts may be directed to the business office at 288-7227 extension 226.
*Sibling discount of $500 per child. International students: 1-20 processing and guidance fee of $1500 will be added to tuition and consolidated fee.

After School Care
1. The After School Care (ASC) program is designed to care for CCA students K-3 through grade 5. The program provides time for age-appropriate activities, snack brought from home, homework time, recess and games. The students are divided according to grade. The ASC teachers are all committed Christians who love children and strive to provide the best care possible for each child.
2. To accurately account for each child, each department has its own check-in area. Children K-3 through grade 5 are directed to their ASC rooms by a teacher.
3. The hourly rate for ASC is $4.00. Charges for ASC will appear on the monthly school tuition bill. (This fee is included in K-3 and VPK Wraparound)
4. Charges for ASC begin at 3pm and are billed in 15 minute increments.
5. All students must be checked out by a parent or any pre-approved person listed on the Student Information form. The ASC teachers have a checkout sheet which will be initialled upon pick-up by an authorized person who is picking up the child.
6. If a child is not picked up by 5:30, the late pick-up fee is $1 per minute. For example, if a parent is five minutes late, the charge will be $5. If a parent is late four to six times, the late pick-up fee is $2 per minute. If a parent is late seven or more times, the late pick-up fee is $5 per minute.
Mandatory Middle / High School Study Hall
1. School policy requires that each middle/high school student (grades 6-12) be supervised by an adult at all times. Students should not wait in the hallways or outside of the school buildings for pick up by a parent. If a student is still in the school building after 3:30pm, he/she will be sent to ASC and his/her account charged for time used.
2. The ASC Guidelines #3, #5, #6 also apply to Mandatory Middle/High School Study Hall.
