Visual Arts Elementary art students discover, identify, and use the elements and principals of art in their artwork. Students create two-dimensional and three-dimensional artwork using pencil, marker, paint, clay, wood, paper, found objects, among other media and methods. Each student is encouraged to produce artworks that are successful and satisfying to him/her by following the guidelines given. Students create class group projects to be auctioned off at the Blue Ribbon Celebration and show their best art work at the end of the year Art Show.
