Thank you for your interest in Community Christian Academy! Our greatest desire is that your student(s) be confronted with the Gospel and come to follow the Lord Jesus Christ, living for His glory, equipped with an excellent, Christ-exalting education. We partner with parents of children from Kindergarten to twelfth grade.
The following is our THREE-Step Process for Admission & Enrollment of all NEW students (including siblings of those already enrolled). There is a $150.00 Application fee for NEW students.

2. Forms and Documentation
- Student Registration Form
- Birth certificate
- Florida Physical (form DH3040)
- Florida Certification of Immunization (680 form) or religious exemption
- Transcripts / most recent report card (If available)
- Most recent IEP or 504 Documentation (If applicable)
- Most recent Psycho-Educational Evaluation (If applicable)
- Diagnosis limited to LD (Learning Disabled), ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) or Speech/Language. (If applicable)
