Dear Parents,

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Community Christian Academy in your child’s education. We recognize the importance of choosing a school that supports a Christian worldview and appreciate the care given to this decision.

Please review this application carefully and submit all required documents listed below so we may evaluate your student’s eligibility for enrollment. Once all materials are received, the administration will review the application and schedule an admissions interview.

Please note that completion of the application and interview process does not guarantee acceptance. Final enrollment decisions are made by the administration following the interview, and Community Christian Academy reserves the right to determine whether enrollment is offered.

The first step in the admissions process is to complete and submit the enrollment application in full, along with a $150 nonrefundable application fee. Applications will not be reviewed or accepted without the required fee.

Step 1: Application

The second step in the admissions process is to submit all required documentation listed below.

  • Student Recommendation Form (3rd-12th Grades)

  • Birth Certificate

  • School Physical (form DH3040)

  • Immunization Records (680 form) or Religious Exemption

  • Transcripts/Most Recent Report Card

  • Most Recent IEP or 504 Documentation (If Applicable)

  • Most Recent Psycho-Educational Evaluation (If Applicable)

Step 2: Documentation

As the third step in the admissions process, all students—Kindergarten through 12th grade—are required to complete a placement test. The assessment is designed to assist with appropriate academic placement and has a time limit of 90 minutes.

Placement testing may not be scheduled until the completed application, the $150 nonrefundable application fee, and all required documentation have been received.

Step 3: Placement Testing

Before any student is accepted for enrollment at Community Christian Academy, we value the opportunity to meet with your family to ensure that our school is the right fit for both your student and your family. The family interview allows us to get to know you, answer questions, and discuss our expectations for partnership between home and school. We request that both parents and the student(s) be in attendance at the interview.

Please note that completion of the interview does not guarantee acceptance. Following the interview, the administration will prayerfully review all information and notify families of the enrollment decision within 48 hours.

Step 4: Family Interview

Following the family interview, all materials will be reviewed, and families will receive the enrollment decision via email from Community Christian Academy within a couple days.

Step 5: Enrollment Decision

I look forward to the opportunity to meet with you and potentially partner together in the coming school year.

In His Service,

Zach Sammons
